I specialise in working within the intersections of arts, wellbeing (human and environmental), and embodied research, informed by over twenty years of training, practice, and lived experience.
My training spans Yoga, Kalarippayat, Pranayama, Ayurvedic psychology, depth psychology, mindfulness, sound, and creative inquiry. this work is shaped by extended periods living and practising in India over 15 years, time learning with Hesquiaht Elders in Canada and Ngarrindjeri Elders in Australia, as well as training with Indigenous and traditional teachers across Indonesia, Central and South America.
This field experience is supported by university training in environmental science and ongoing practice-based research into human–environment relationships, recognising ecological connection as foundational to health and our sense of belonging.
Alongside formal training, my own life has required deep attentiveness to the body, particularly in relation to stress, trauma, and cyclical sensitivity. This informs a practice that values listening, relationality, and care.

pranayama, meditation, and mindfulness
offering you practical ways to cultivate attention, emotional regulation, and an intimate awareness of breath, mind, and subtle states.
How We Work Together / Session Structure
Sessions are one-to-one and will include a combination of the practices above. Not all elements are used in every session. The work honours the intelligence of the body and the language of experience, allowing insight and integration to arise organically.
Some people come for a single session; others work over a series of sessions as part of a longer process. There is no fixed commitment required. We move at a pace that respects your capacity, boundaries, and lived circumstances.
Initial appointments are typically 120 minutes, follow up sessions are 60 minutes when part of a series.
